In a piece penned by AdView Job Search’s CEO, Alex Paterson, the warning to recruiters and employers was clear: jargon language is killing job ads, and it pays to be original.
With January the busiest time of the year for recruiters and job seekers alike, it’s key that those writing job ads get the best response possible – and that means avoiding buzzwords such as “dynamic”, “teamplayer”, and “fast-paced”.
