Perpetual Partnerships are working exclusively with this leading, North West based, manufacturing business to appoint a senior and highly experienced Total Quality Management professional. You will be responsible for establishing and driving a “best in class” TQM culture, aligned to satisfying customer needs whilst minimising negative variances and maximising profit margin. The successful candidate will be one of the main driving forces as the company continues to strive towards increased market penetration worldwide.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director of the business you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation and ongoing management of the company’s TQM system and processes.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
A strong but warm and persuasive personality, determined and resilient with excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to deliver culture change across a diverse shop floor and process environment.
A proven track record in the management of TQM techniques and processes designed, applied, measured and audited to a high level of success showing significant reductions in the overall “Cost of Quality”
Previous experience gained in a similar role across fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing industry sectors (ideally Textiles, Paper, Automotive or similar)
