Zerto is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in EMEA. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of full cycle recruiting. You possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being able to think proactively. Most importantly, you enjoy the challenge of building a great team of talented individuals while helping to scale a world class organization. Description: * The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with hiring managers and the business to create and develop recruitment strategies * Drives consistency within the talent/hiring process and work with hiring managers to understand positions' requirements and provide professional advice and insights * Direct source, interview, and assess candidates based on benchmark and compensation ranges to evaluate skill sets and experience in order to identify top talent * Develop and execute diverse and creative alternative recruitment sources, such as employee referral, social networks, blogs, technical networks, attending job fairs, cooperate with top universities etc. * Meet hiring targets by executing staffing plan * Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and HR managers to constantly improve recruiting programs Qualifications * At least 5 years of experience in recruitment within a technology company, working mainly on sales/marketing roles * Strong negotiation skillset while working with company benchmark data and compensation guidelines * Strong knowledge of sourcing practices and tools * knowledge of all full life cycle recruiting components * Experience with conducting HR interviews * Experience in global recruiting - a strong advantage * Experience in working with local and global hiring managers at all layers * Multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skill
