Your new role
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing Wolverhampton City Council Domestic Abuse Community Provision Contract. The post holder will manage and report on a range of existing and new support services for women and children. The post holder requires working closely with the Chief Executive. The position forms part of the Senior Management Team and the post holder is the named operational lead for safeguarding for the organisation and will ensure the highest level of safeguarding measures are put in place and implemented. The job involves line management of staff and developing pathways and referral routes with City wide partners.
