We are a 30 bedded mixed sex orthopaedic ward specialising in Trauma. We are looking to recruit registered Nurses, to join this experienced team. We work a two shift system of day duty, 07:15 x 19:45, and night duty, 19:15 x 07:45. We fully support our new staff members with a 6 month preceptorship course and a designated mentor to support you throughout your preceptorship. We have close links with the local university offering post graduate education. We have a supportive Practice Development Team and professional organisational development leads willing to support you and your team to deliver the best possible care.
