North Bristol NHS are embarking on a Digital Transformation Programme that will see the organisation transition from our current Patient Administration System (PAS) to a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR). We require a skilled SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to form part of the Digital Transformation Team that is responsible for delivering the INPATIENT & FLOW workstream of this ambitious digital modernisation programme. What are we looking for; • Enthusiastic and resilient and has experience in delivering complex IT projects • Will be able to demonstrate experience in delivering change initiatives in busy and demanding environments • Highly skilled at leading and managing projects teams through the project life cycle • To be able to work and manage multi-skilled IT teams including IT technicians / System Analysts / Business Intelligence / Information Governance • Will need to work closely with senior stakeholders from within the business including senior clinical and operational staff • Comfortable at reporting to Programme Board level • The post holder would be required to work across BNSSG to understand system complexities in relation to the system change **Please note this is not a transition/step-up role and is a role for an experienced senior project manager who can evidence delivery of large complex IT projects **Individuals who have not worked in a healthcare environment will be considered and those candidates who have worked in large corporate organisations delivering large scale multidisciplinary projects will be considered.
