Job DescriptionSenior Customer Support Analyst - London - Up to £42,000 We are looking for skilled it support technicians to support our 66 sites across the globe, whilst providing a high standard of work in order to help achieve our company goals. As a support technician you will support all areas of IT functions from our head offices where we can provide growth opportunities and a significant position of responsibility. Job description: * Provide front line, user focused support for incidents and requests on the IT Service Desk. * Help develop and maintain the companies IT environment. * Identify training opportunities and carry out training sessions to users when necessary in order to increase productivity, collaboration and mobility. * Maintain desktop equipment as well as software on printing, mobile and AV equipment * Log incidents and requests as well as escalating issues when needed within the IT support team for resolution. * Participate in any project work assigned when IT focused, or an IT function is needed. * Carry out software and hardware upgrades across the estate remotely, with complex problem solving in order to help users. * Working alongside fellow IT technicians, working collaboratively on larger issues, or providing an input as an escalation point. Technical Requirements: * Windows 7 and 10, essential * Office 365 knowledge, essential * Experience supporting Office 365 and Skype for Business * Experience working within ITIL framework, or similar * Strong trouble shooting ability * Experience supporting Apple MAC and iPhones * Experience with Microsoft InTune * Experience supporting Android devices Personal attributes: * High attention to detail * Flexible and positive approach to work * A team player; willing to work towards a common goal * Excellent organisation skills * Clear and concise communication, verbally, written or across a media source Interested?
