You will be working in a beautiful, 3 bedded home in Nottingham which provides long-term care for children aged 8 to 17 years who have experienced trauma and have emotional behavioural difficulties. The home is in current need of an experienced Residential Child Care Worker to join their team in a Senior role to support the vulnerable young people in their care.

As a Senior Residential Child Care Worker you will:
Provide the best therapeutic care, managing and working with challenging behaviour.
Act as a Key Worker for one young person.
Maintain diary entries and records.
Act up for the manager and deputy manager in their absence, dealing with day to day operations and running of the home.
Supervise and support Child Care Workers
Liaise with families and other professionals including Education and Social Workers
A minimum of two years’ experience of working in a children's home.
Be over 22 years of age.
Full driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 to £26,500.00 /year
