They now have an immediate opening for an energetic and ambitious, telephone-based new business hunter to join their Central London sales team. As an experienced New Business Sales Executive, you will: Meet and exceed revenue targets and increase market penetration by acquiring new customers Manage end-to-end sales processes from cold to close Target account on a global basis Manage the implementation of new accounts Deliver accurate reporting of sales pipelines The ideal candidate will: Possess 1-3 years proven experience and success gained in inside/internal B2B sales Be degree educated or have a strong interest in performing arts Have had exposure to a high-call volume environment Own the entire sales cycle Research and prospect own leads, pitch, negotiate and close with confidence Be a highly motivated self-starter Demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills Have outstanding communication skills (active listening, persuasive written and verbal communication) The successful candidate can expect a generous salary circa 25-29k with uncapped commission, 25 days holiday and additional/generous benefits Certus is an established and experienced specialist Recruitment Group, providing sales, digital, graduate and IT recruitment services to the business community throughout the UK, Australia and beyond.
