We are looking for Assistant Store Managers who can make a difference to join the team in our Fulham store.
As Assistant Manager, you will be expected to:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, and build strong customer relationships
- Maximise customer opportunities by communicating, motivating and developing yourself to achieve Company objectives and KPI’s
- Follow the Cash Converters buys and sales process, ensuring full customer understanding and accuracy of completed transactions
- Generate new business in store
- Resolve in store customer complaints, and refer to management when appropriate
- Prioritise and organise tasks effectively, ensuring flexibility to meet the day to day demands of the business
