Futures are currently working with a well established local company based in central Chichester, a long-standing client of whom we've successfully placed candidates in the past. They are a reputable Property company who are currently looking to hire a receptionist on a temporary on-going basis to assist with all the front-line duties that may arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for •Meeting and greeting new customers and clients providing great customer service •Dealing with existing clients and assisting them with their queries •Deal with incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently •Transferring calls to the right department, ensuring the information gathered is accurate •Completing general day to day administrative duties The ideal candidate •Experience in a quality customer service environment •Experience in managing calls and dealing with appropriately •Great organisational skills •A solid foundation of basic IT skills •Excellent time management skills •Enthusiastic, passionate, resilient and an overall positive attitude Working hours are Monday - Thursday - 8:30am - 2:00pm If you feel you have the qualities and skills for the above role, then please get in touch and apply This vacancy is advertised by Futures Recruitment Services who operate as an employment agency.
