£10 - £12 Per hour
My Client is looking for an experience purchase ledger clerk to cover sick leave. The role is until Christmas.
Duties will include
* Post purchase order (PO) and sub-contractor invoices onto Sage 200 and Sage Construct. (All training will be provided).
* Match PO invoices to purchase orders and advice notes.
* Report any PO invoice queries, such as price discrepancies to the Accounts Supervisor or FD.
* Reconcile PO invoice batch totals to actual amounts.
* Reconcile supplier statements to ledger balances.
* File PO invoices accordingly for future reference
