SF Recruitment are recruiting for Payroll Administrator required to join a large, well know business in Swadlincote. The role will report into the Human Resources Manager and has come about due to growth within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing a parallel payroll whilst a new system is implemented
- Administering new starters and leavers,
- Maintaining sickness and absence reports,
- Pension administration,
- SSP and SMP headcount reports and maintaining annual leave records.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of payroll principles liaising with a 3rd party payroll bureau service provider. Applicants need to be numerate and literate with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
