We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for 2 Part Time Receptionists for an exciting and diverse opportunity in the Fareham area.
This role will involve manning a fast paced, high traffic reception area including answering/fielding calls, greeting guests and a range of Administrative tasks.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming & Settling Guests
- Answering & Fielding Queries / Calls
- Managing Post & Couriers
- Administrative tasks
You will offer:

- A fast and accurate typing speed
- Excellent attention to detail
- A friendly, approachable team player nature
- Previous experience in a Reception/Senior Admin role
- Excellent self and team motivation
A generous salary of £19,000/£21,000 pro rata (working 23 hours per week) is offered along with a host of attractive benefits.
