Job DescriptionAre you looking for a Part Time role? A growing construction firm are looking for an Office Manager to join them on a part time basis. You will be based in offices in West London This is a part time position to work 2 days a week (days are flexible). As the Office Manager you will be the go-to person in the office for the day to day running, administration for the team and helping with accounts/invoicing. This role is paying £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata for the days. Hours are 9am to 5pm Previous experience working within construction is essential. Role will involve: ... * Day to day running of the office * Supporting the team with administration tasks * Upload and download documentation * Maintain up to date list of controlled documents * Updating health and safety files * Assist in archiving and recording documentation at project completion * Using Quickbooks to raise invoices To be considered for the role, candidates must have: * Experience working in Construction environment * Happy and willing to assist the team with administration * Experience at raising invoices would be advantageous * Ability to work in a stand alone position Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
