An immediate temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator with a Midlands based specialist Repairs and Maintenance contractor.
Following the acquisition of a number of social housing repairs and refurbishment contracts, they are now seeking an Office Administrator for their Birmingham office to join their team.
·You will be able to work well under pressure
·Dealing with all aspects of Office Administration
·Data entry using spreadsheets
·General admin duties
To be successful in the role as an Office Administrator you will:
·Have experience within a similar type role, such as: repairs scheduling or social housing, planning projects, housing
·A background within a housing or contractor setting would be advantageous
·Have experience in using Northgate in-house system, however training will be given
·The desire to consistently provide excellent customer service
·First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
·An understanding of responsive repairs contracts and what constitutes an excellent service
·Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Emails
·The successful Office Administrator will demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact and in return for your efforts the organisation will seek to provide a long term position within the organisation
·Paying up to £10.60 per hour
·40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
·Weekly on time payments every Friday
