My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a home based Office 365 Project Manager and you will bring the below skill set:
18 month contract > £500/day Inside IR35 MAX
The candidate must have experience in Office 365 with a proven competency for driving end-user adoption through change management.
The Person will guide organizations while transitioning to Office 365 aiding accelerated adoption while sustaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidates will have expertise in Office 365 adoption and usage in large organizations, a proven track record of seamless engagement with customers, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company.
This role requires strategic and critical thinking, problem solving skills, results driven, demonstrated cross-group collaboration, and knowledge of Office 365 adoption that is achieved through the ability to successfully work across both technical and non-technical senior management including executives in large enterprises and the Microsoft partner community.

*Inspiring customers on how they can get value from the products to which they are entitled
*Working with the customer, partners and Microsoft teams execute high quality Customer Success planning and delivery for a complete cloud service, Onboarding and Adoption experience.
*Drive strong project governance and resolution of issues to ensure adherence to timelines, build credibility, maximize customer satisfaction and consumption of cloud services
*Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT
*Act as advocate for customer issues and accelerate resolution
*Ensure customers are supported by a partner or partners, establish a collaborative and "customer-first" relationship with those partners and hold them to a high standard of performance
*Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding and Adoption process and technology improvements for Office 365 and other cloud services (e.g.: Intune, AADP, etc.)
*Maintain high level of data quality and hygiene to enable rapid and reliable reporting to all stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience
*Strong English communication skills
*7+ years related corporate and/or consulting IT experience, including change management, adoption, program management and service delivery.
*Experience in running governance of complex deployment and usage projects within large organizations, i.e. project management and business process skills are mandatory
*Resourceful, confident under pressure, with demonstrated skills in expectation management
*A thorough understanding of what drives cloud adoption through business value
*Top-notch executive engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers
*Deep passion for making others successful.
*Excellent planning & time management skills, ability to succeed in direct accountability and influence structures, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience and interpersonal skills
