An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 2 nursing assistants to work on the Bellsdyke site. The posts will initially be in Hope House which is a 6 bedded low secure female unit and Russell Park Ward.
The posts will be subject to rotation within the wider mental health services. The candidates should have a commitment to the welfare of adults with mental health issues and their needs in terms of quality of life and rehabilitation.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. The individuals require to have the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a care team and be confident enough to use own initiative. You should also be willing to work flexibly.
