The Paint Technician Role

We’re looking for skilled paint sprayers and body shop technicians across the country to join the team. During your induction period, you will undergo first-rate training by some our very best experienced technicians.

Repairs are always carried out at the client’s premises, which means you will be dealing directly with customers and exposed to new and exciting opportunities every day.

Essentials for the role

• Prior knowledge and understanding of paint repair techniques and bodyshop repair methods
• Full UK driving licence
• Motivated and driven
• Happy to be mobile (no fixed office)
• Eye for detail and quality
• Comfortable dealing with customers

Day-to-Day

You will report to a sector manager and will be responsible for your own, fully equipped Shine! Mercedes van provided to you. Your key tasks include carrying out minor damage repairs (of no more than 30 cms) to client’s vehicles at their premises.
