Due to an increased workload, we are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work in Birmingham City Centre for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of being extended further. Your new role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be working in Birmingham city centre for the Birmingham Children's Trust with the Adoption and Fostering team. You will be responsible for the marketing and communications, both internal and external, for the service to ensure that all information is consistent with the organisation and brand. You will be working closely with the head of service for drive effective communication and engagement, with a strong focus on social media such as Twitter and Facebook. There will be occasional evening work required, however this is only on a very infrequent basis.
What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced and qualified Marketing Manager, you will have experience of managing social media campaigns and both creating and implementing Marketing Plans. Public sector knowledge or an understanding of the services of the Children's Trust would be highly beneficial.
