›Manage all operational functions related to SEI’s institutional business
›Interact with sales, relationship management and advice teams to ensure viability of solution
›Oversee migration of Institutional business to custodian agnostic architecture
›Oversee collateral management process for clients using derivatives
›Manage transition management team responsible for onboarding assets of new clients
›Establish and document policies and procedures related to Institutional operations
›Act as liaison between Institutional team and all operations support teams within SEI
›Establish service levels with Operations Management to ensure overall quality of client deliverables
›Ensure that SEI’s process supports rules and regulations as they are implemented in the marketplace, including managing relationship with internal legal and compliance functions relating to the Institutional Group’s operational responsibilities
›Actively participate in UK management team meetings and initiatives
›Understand, communicate and resolve unique client issues along with internal Operations Management and Relationship Teams
›Manage the day to day and strategic relationship with custodial service providers
›Establish strategy for continuous process improvement
›Participate in site visits and presentations to prospective clients when needed
›Keep current on market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc;
›Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance; and
›Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:
›Significant investment operations experience
›Degree in finance, business, computer science or related field, or the equivalent in education and work experience
›Ability to drive, manage and oversee key projects and ensure their successful and timely completion
›Knowledge of the global finance markets, equity, fixed income andalternative securities preferred
›Experience with OTC derivative processing and valuations helpful
›Experience in risk and compliance
›Strong written and oral communication skills
