The OU is looking to recruit an experienced Committee Secretary working within Research & Governance to join them asap until 31st January 2020, working full time and paying £17.57ph.
This role will support the Research Committee and Research Degrees Committee as a working Secretary.
You will need to;
Have experience of working with committees.
Be able to write clearly, enjoy writing and research work.
Be able to set up and follow a business schedule (for establishing agendas, chasing committee papers, setting them up on time etc).
Be able to work at intermediate level on MS Office.
Be able to take minutes at the committee meetings.
