Right now we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly literate 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team encompassing everything from application support, IT administration through to basic networking. Your new role As a 1st/2nd line Support Engineer, you will work as part of our help-desk team operating as a technical advisor for Infrastructure and Applications used across the company. You will then use your knowledge of basic software configuration to directly deliver on your findings and make a personal impact on people's daily use of your systems. What you'll need to succeed Your background of 1st/2nd line support in a diverse and changing environment will lead to your success. Alignment with ITIL and an approach of continually improving will help you greatly in your role as you undertake technical projects. What you will get in return A 3 month contract with a view to extend for a further 3-months with a rate of up to £130 depending on experience.
