The role is varied and no one day will be the same, here are some of the main areas of responsibility that include everything from culture and values, employment law, recruitment, talent management, development and more: * Keep supporting the ComeOn Group culture in the London office (to achieve a great workplace for our employees) * Work closely with the Chief People Officer and HR managers and team to support the projects and HR road-map and deliver key initiatives and goals * Managing the HR Advisor for the London office * Provide coaching and advice to your direct report and managers on all employee relation matters * Support global HR processes, tools and offer solutions to better the service we offer * Support managers across all areas; recruitment, organizational development, compensation and offers, employee related issues * Be part of employer branding and associated projects * Develop and implement retention and development strategies * Working with CPO to manage core HR business processes from budgets, performance management and evaluation, development talks, etc. * Continuous work to develop and improve HR flows to enhance effectiveness * Completing monthly payroll alongside the HR Advisor * Understand employees and anticipate their needs and concerns while managing their expectations in a realistic manner Here are the London peeps you will be working alongside: Requirements Communication is really the key in any role, and in HR it is even more so. This refers to all sorts of communications, from listening in person, and speaking, non-verbal and written communications to reflect the company tone of voice and should also be reflected in the way that feedback is given. This doesn't require a lot of effort, making you approachable to all. High integrity is also a big part of it given the nature of the position and the sensitive information you are privy to. You are comfortable with handling delicate conversations. Given the above you are also able to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in both London and other locations. You will have overall responsibility for HR in our London office, while sharing and contributing your knowledge for best practice with other offices too. Sound HR background & knowledge of UK HR practice are essential for this role. You are someone who has worked in a similar, fast-paced environment and have experience working with an energetic, dynamic team and have the skills to drive the HR function from end to end because of your passion to help others and support the team. In your past experience you have managed a team, are a team player yet can take on personal projects too.
