Are you an HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations and ideally Unions exposure? Our client, a leading player in it's market, is looking to appoint an HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC initially to support line managers to enable them to manage and lead their teams effectively. You will be a true partner to the business where your HR knowledge will be sought by managers, but in turn you will also have the opportunity to acquire new business skills.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who is keen to make a real difference to the workplace across multiple sites based in the Hampshire area. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop whilst also consolidating your strong grounding in delivering HR solutions. You will have a proven track record in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels and want to work for a business which truly is values led.
Key to this role:
In addition to working closely with managers on discipline, grievance, performance and absence issues, you will have the opportunity to:
- work on employee engagement initiatives linked to the annual employee survey
- develop and deliver bite-size HR training sessions
- provide significant input to the talent and succession planning process
- gain exposure to the collective bargaining process with trade unions.
