To either take ownership and deal with all queries directly and/or to effectively signpost so that everything is resolved in a timely manner. This role is a temporary full time position until 31st March 2020 based in our client's modern head office in Birkenhead, Wirral. The office is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby. HR Administrator Requirements: Our client is looking for an individual who has previous experience of working as an Administrator, ideally in an HR or Payroll environment to appreciate the importance of confidentiality and safe record keeping. Excellent communication and customer service skills will be required with a focus on dealing with queries in a timely manner. The individual must have a sense of urgency and have an eye for detail as well as being very well organised to enable efficient use of time. Ideally, the successful candidate will be fully proficient in all Microsoft 365 Office packages and experience/knowledge of recruitment and HR systems would also be beneficial.
