Our client, a law firm in the City, is looking for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for the selection, hiring, onboarding and training of new Lawyers from start to finish, working closely with the broader HR team, the Graduate Recruitment Partners and the Head of Learning & Development. The role is very varied and involves formulating and implementing the Graduate Recruitment strategy in terms of marketing and selection, screening CVs, organising assessment days, attending campus events, attending business meetings with Heads of Department, Universities and Colleges, liaising with overseas offices, keeping up-to-date with market trends, managing seat rotations and qualification process, plus generally promoting the firm to attract the best talent on the market.
You will require experience of Graduate Recruitment in a law firm, either at Manager level currently or perhaps at Adviser-level and keen to take the next step in your career. Salary is £70-85k.
