Our busy enterprising team is expanding with Start Up Step Up, a programme that helps budding entrepreneurs to realise their dreams of setting up their own businesses from “Bringing Ideas to Life” to “Keeping it Legal” navigating through the complexities of registration and tax to protecting your ideas from competitors. This programme also helps SMEs develop their staff via personal & professional development to increase productivity and opportunities for promotion.
Our Enfield Employment programme will help residents upskill and move into employment, training & education. Working with local residents, the team will work closely with our CONEL Group member of colleges to deliver bespoke support for the community.
Both programmes are focused on helping those that may have barriers or are underrepresented in either SMEs or the local labour market economy. About you:
