Job DescriptionAs an Environmental Co-ordinator, you will assess environmental constraints and associated risks on projects across the Anglian Water region, and communicate this information to the engineering and construction teams. You will regularly review the level of risk to project delivery and the environment, and work with the technical teams to reduce this as much as possible. Key responsibilities: * Provide technical assistance on environmental aspects of projects and related activities in support of engineering and construction teams * Support Town & Country Planners by conducting tasks related to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) screening opinions and planning applications * Perform project delivery activities such as completing risk assessments, advising on survey requirements, reviewing and communicating survey results, developing solutions for the delivery teams * Work in a collaborative way with engineers, construction teams and external stakeholders to deliver schemes on time, on budget and with minimal environmental impact * Use digital technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the Enabling Team and wider @One Alliance Candidate Specification What qualifications, aptitudes and experience will you need? * Degree-qualified in Geography, Environmental Science, Earth Science or related subject * Knowledge of GIS software packages * Confident interacting with staff and stakeholders at all levels * Any environmental consultancy experience would be advantageous * Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports * Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision. **FULL JOB DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE** JN Bentley Ltd is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all sectors of the community.
