Recent CQC inspections have highlighted the high level of care provided by this care organisation, recognising both as 'Good' An opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 4 Personal Assistant / Secretary to support the General and Specialist Medicine Directorate Management Team at Fairfield General Hospital. This crucial role supports a busy, dynamic team in delivering a high quality service in the Acute Hospital. the leadership team provides managerial support to the following clinical services: a) Cardiology, Stroke Medicine and Rheumatology across Pennine Acute footprint b) General and Specialist Medical Wards on the Fairfield site. You will work alongside a team of Secretaries / PAs in the directorate office providing administration support across the four directorates which form the Bury Integrated Care Division. The successful post holder will be required to provide an effective, confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative service. You will be someone willing to support divisional staff members at all levels and have a can-do approach to your work. Known for your efficiency and accuracy of work, your ability to multi-task and deliver high quality secretarial support in a range of circumstances will make you the perfect candidate for this role.
