Job DescriptionJob Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Bracknell Salary: £30,000 Our client, a well established charity are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This role is key to building on current digital foundations and day to day management of the company website, analysing performance, testing architecture and navigation and develop content to continuously improve engagement for audiences. We're looking for someone with a passion for digital communications and the work of the charity. Responsibilities Include: * Creative, content and technical responsibility for websites and other digital channels * Support with developing a strategy to improve stakeholders experience * Act as a brand guardian for the website, ensuring all assets and newly published pages adhere to the visual identity and tone of voice * Advise on, design and build digital assets and platforms * Keep up to date with digital developments including design principles, best practice trends and UX updates, ensuring the website stays fresh * As part of the strategy, define suitable metrics to measure performance * Perform weekly and monthly analysis of website usage statistics; monitor, report and analyse to improve site performance to reach Google Analytics goals such as reducing bounce rates on specific pages and increasing organic and referral traffic to the site * Update website content regularly; in addition to the creation of new content, work with internal stakeholders to ensure all existing content is up to date * Create and capture content including blogs, photos, films, animations, infographics, podcasts etc. for the website and maximise for all of the digital channels including social media and email * Ensure the website is optimised for search engines and improve site SEO * Day to day management of CMS (WordPress) with the responsibility of registering and resolving bugs and broken links, with developers if necessary * Train staff to use CMS as required * Project manage digital projects, delivering on time and budget What we're looking for: Essential * Excellent understanding of websites and the digital environment * Experience and knowledge of managing CMS * Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, programmatic, paid and organic SEO * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS coding * Excellent digital copywriting skills for diverse audiences * Proven experience of managing projects and a varied workload * Experience of working with and advising colleagues at all levels, including senior level management Desirable * Photoshop and video editing skills * Web management experience * Industry-related or specialist qualifications * Experience of working in a charity Huntress Search Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of 'protected characteristics' as defined under the Equality Act and other relevant UK legislation.
