Job DescriptionYou will receive full training as part of a friendly supportive team and will havean excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Duties will include: * Answering the phone * Meeting customers in the office * Training to progress with handling insurance queries from customers * Administration support within the office * Personal assistant tasks * Diary organisation * Using office equipment e.g. photocopier, scanner, laminator * Input data * Training on NFU Mutual insurance products Requirements and prospects Desired skills * Strong in numeracy * Strong command of the English language, articulate, with clear clarity of speech, and excellent verbal communication skills * Clear written communication skills * Develop the ability to explain financial terminology in plain English * Develop research and decision making skills * Strong organisation, time management skills with a capacity to develop caseload management skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines * Develop research and decision making skills * Interpersonal and listening skills * Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Email, and Internet * Confidence using IT and database packages Personal qualities * Willingness to learn and apply that learning in the workplace * Willingness to adapt to different work roles * Capacity to cope in busy conditions * Attention to detail * Well presented and polite * A strong desire to succeed in business * Agricultural backround preferred Desired qualifications * GCSE grade A*-C (9-4) in maths and English (or equivalents) Future prospects * There are excellent long term opportunities for those that are career focused
