Job DescriptionSummary B2B Customer Account Manager Job Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: Excellent salary dependant on experience Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with free onsite parking (there may be some flexibility on working hours - start / finish time) A leading business supplies supplier who have been established for over 50 years are currently seeking an experienced B2B Customer Account Manager to join their busy; dynamic and forward thinking team based in Bournemouth. The company already has an established: customer service, sales and field sales / account management team and have decided due to business demands that it would like to add a Customer Account Manager to this. Part of your role will see you looking after a portfolio of existing customers where you will be maintaining strong relationships and identifying new opportunities to cross sell the wide range of company products and services. You will ensure excellent customer service is provided every time and that you are leaving a lasting impression backed with high end products. The business customers you will be speaking to are all existing accounts who number around 250 who need regular contact to help them keep updated with product knowledge, availability and complete company services that can be provided to their business. It is essential that you have a positive, can-do attitude as this company prides themselves on their excellent service. This is a really exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company where you will be: • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing business customers ensuring first class customer service is provided every time. • Identifying opportunities to cross sell and upsell • Advising customers of any new products and promotions that could be beneficial to their business • Promptly dealing with any customer enquiries regarding their orders, stock and products • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner • Monitored credit control of customer's limits to ensure the minimal loss to the company. • Keeping customers up to date of the status of their order The successful applicant will possess: • Experience in a similar Account Management role • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude • The ability to identify cross selling opportunities • The ability to build and develop strong relationships • Attention to detail whilst working in a fast paced environment • Computer literate including Microsoft Excel and Word This role is telephone based and will involve no cold calling as you will be looking after a portfolio of around 250 existing customers.
