The Role - Computing NQT
Computing NQT required for an 'Outstanding' secondary academy located in Croydon. The role of the Computing NQT would be to ideally hit the ground running in teaching 11 to 16 year olds, occasionally up to 18. The Computing NQT will be support by co-subject teachers as well as a dedicated NQT mentor. The Computing NQT should be available for an interview & lesson observation in April (date TBC).
This Academy with Sixth-Form is nicely located in the outer-London borough of Croydon. The Academy is located close by to several mainline railway stations and has several bus links with the surrounding boroughs. The Academy caters for 1,090 pupils from ages 11-18. The Academy was rated as 'Outstanding' at its last Ofsted. The Academy has a supportive and respected SLT and is involved in the local community and is academically thriving.
