£10.80-£11.90 p/h (dependant on experience)

Immediate startKey Responsibilities:
Preparation, cooking and serving of functions, when required
Maintaining a high quality of food service, ensuring food is ethically and culturally appropriate and meets specific religious requirements
Control of costs on all food orders, updating planned productions, control of wastage
Learning and adhering to the company's Food Hygiene/Codes of Practice including HAACP
Reporting any hazards or potential hazards that may contravene the company's strict hygiene standardsRequirements:
City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent
2 years + experience in contract catering
Basic Health and Safety Certificate
Intermediate Hygiene Certificate
Experience working within the Health Care Industry desirable
