Job DescriptionThis company provides specialist services and support for children and young people up to age 30, across the UK. They are experiencing an exciting time of change and they seek a full time Central Team Administrator with a hands on approach to join them as a key member of the Central Office overlooking the sea on the outskirts of Brighton. Role responsibilities: * Co-ordinate the administration of their work with children and young people. * To provide administrative support to for all field-based workers. * Undertake administrative tasks including; dealing with enquiries, quotes & invoices, transcribing audio & video recordings, proofreading & editing reports, maintaining filing systems. * To work closely with the other central team administrators and deputise for leave and absence * You will dealing with sensitive information relating to children and young people who may have witnessed or been the victim of serious crime.
