This role is looking for an immediately available Billings administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract based in the city centre.
The client is a global finance company with multi national corporations recruiting a billings administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The Key responsibilities of the credit controller will include
Understanding the billing systems used and how these work in line with our billing requirements/police
Reviewing invoices for compliance with client billing systems and regulations
Preparing Bill files/manual submissions for upload to the Firm's clients
Dealing with queries that arise as part of the manual Bill upload process
Ad hoc billing tasks, as required.
The Successful candidate will have/be
Knowledge and experience of windows based packages such as Microsoft Outlook and Word
Proficient using Excel
Good numeracy skills
Experience in a billing environment;
A Salary of £22,000 + Holiday Pay
