Berwick Partners has built an excellent reputation based on the quality of the searches we have delivered within IT and Technology. With ambitious growth plans to build on this success we now seek to expand the practice by recruiting an established consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will have the confidence to win and transact retained business.
Our IT, Digital and Technology Practice is current made up of three; Matthew Cockbill, Alex Richardson and Kathryn Gallan. Matt is based in Birmingham and joined us in 2005 as Head of Practice, Alex is based in Manchester and focuses on IT Leadership within the public sector, and Kat is based in Birmingham focusing on Digital appointments.
We expect this person to have a proven track record of delivering challenging IT management and IT leadership appointments. We envisage the target clients will fall into the following sector areas:Consumer & FMCG Retail, Leisure & Hospitality

We provide our clients with advice, support, challenge and a consultative approach. We challenge the brief, the role profile and ensure the remuneration package is built to secure the right hire at the right level. We believe that what we do matters.
There will be a focus on developing clients in order to win and transact assignments nationally. This individual will work closely with regional colleagues, Partners in the firm’s IT and Technology Practice and the Odgers Berndtson, Berwick and Interim teams generally to network and develop opportunities.
This role has a national remit and could be based from our London or Birmingham office. It will report into Matthew Cockbill, Partner and Head of the IT, Digital and Technology Practice.
