As a registered nurse, you will work as part of a progressive nursing team lead by our Ward Manager , matron and Lead Nurse whilst working alongside other members of the specialist teams to develop an integrated cancer service.
6 South is a 13 bedded inpatient chemotherapy ward.
We are a national centre for gestational trophoblastic disease including a teenage and young adult service. We are committed to developing and supporting our teams and therefore
You will be offered the opportunity to undertake a degree or masters programme relevant to your clinical specialty. We have a number of other areas that may interest you for future development, including chemotherapy day care and an Acute Oncology Unit.

All members of the team are adopted by Macmillan giving you access to a variety of specialist study days and an annual grant towards education .
