Administrator - Part time- Competitive salary Hales are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to join their successful client based in Ipswich This role will be 15 hours per week over 2 days Duties would include: Audio typing Copy typing Taking telephone calls Assist in the sorting and distribution of daily post, incoming and outgoing. Communicate with members by letter, email and telephone as appropriate Data entry Book meeting rooms, accommodation, events, travel tickets, parking as required. Attend external meetings as required within the UK. This will necessitate some overnight stays away and weekends. Process orders Carry out research and marketing activity as directed. Update website when required. Carry out any other reasonable duties which are consistent with the post and the aims and objectives of the position. Essentials: Experience in Audio typing Attention to detail Strong IT skills including Excel Fully computer literate with excellent MS Office skills GCSE grade”C” or above in English and maths If you have the skills and experience required for this position please apply with an up to date CV
