Job DescriptionThe main purpose of the role is to support the Housekeeping & Environmental Manager supervise and organise the environmental department ensuring the back of house areas are cleaned to a high standard management of recycling on site. Supporting other departments; Mall Cleaning, Arndale House, New Cathedral Street and the Food court. Main Duties: * To take responsibility for controlling costs and work with the Housekeeping and Environmental Manager in ensuring that expectations of the client and OCS are met * To ensure that adequate products, equipment and materials are available and are ordered and delivered within the required time frames * To ensure that products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled and that Safe Methods of work are in place * To ensure that the work schedules and shift times are correctly implemented on all sites. To manage and reduce staff absenteeism.
