An opportunity has arisen to recruit a band 6 Acute Care Nurse rotational post between Ty Cyfannol Ward and Caerphilly Home treatment team. It is anticipated the post holder will rotate back and forth between the services every 6 to 9 months. There will be opportunities to develop closer pathways between the two teams and improve the patient experience when moving between services.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished practitioner and have experience within acute services. They will be a compassionate and open minded professional.
Applicants will need relevant experience of working in Community or Acute Mental Health Teams and will be comfortable with working with a complex and at times high risk client group, ensuring the safety of service users and Team members alike.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
